Saving Project...

Site work for a municipal facility in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The intent of this request is to establish a contract for the excavation and fill, proper grade and installation of concrete foundation for compactors and open top roll offs. (as described in exhibit A) from the City's Reclamations and Recycle Center located at 301 FM HWY 2831, Horseshoe Bay, Tx. 78657. It is the City's intent to award this contract to one contractor. The contract shall commence on August 27th , 2024, and services completed by September 30th, 2024 and invoiced no later then October 15th, 2024 to the Finance Department. The city requires all work to be completed and meet the requirements on or before the above completion date. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all products and/or services covered in this Invitation to Bid and to waive informalities of defects in bids to accept such bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
