The City of Horseshoe Bay (HSB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional cleaning and janitorial services for multiple City facilities, including Old City Hall, New City Hall (beginning January 2026), the Police Department, Utility Office, and the Portable Building adjacent to Old City Hall. Services must be performed consistently, thoroughly, and in accordance with the detailed specifications provided in this RFP. The objective of this RFP is to secure reliable cleaning services that maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for City employees and the public Contract Terms Initial term: One year from execution through September 30, 2026. Renewal: Up to two additional one-year extensions upon mutual agreement Additional Requirements The City will supply all cleaning products, paper goods, and restroom supplies. Contractor shall notify the City immediately of any facility issues noticed during cleaning (leaks, damage, etc.). Additional tasks such as sidewalk power washing, exterior window cleaning, or other special services must be separately quoted and approved. A minimum of four-week notice is required if the contractor or the City wishes to terminate the contract. The City Center (16,000 sq. ft., 4 bathrooms) will open in January 2026 and will be included in the contract. Contract term: From approval date in 2025 through September 30, 2026. May be renewed annually for up to two (2) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
