Site work and paving for a road / highway in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project is for street sealcoating and asphalt repair for approximately 9 miles, with about 121,000 square yards of liquid road and approximately 5,500 square yards of asphalt repairs. Work includes road repairs, routing of curbline, and sealcoating. Bidders are instructed to submit three copies of their sealed bids, clearly marked 'SEALCOATING BID DO NOT OPEN,' to the specified physical or mailing address. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on June 2, 2026. Bids must furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the project including all related appurtenances. Any bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The Sealcoat Project shall include street sealcoating, asphalt repair road repairs, and the routing of curbline. It is the responsibility of the proposer to seek clarification of any uncertain terms prior to submitting its proposal.
