Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 77,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 100-unit multi-residential development; and 8,000-square-foot retail development.

A $25 million plan in partnership with the City of Reynoldsburg to develop a new multifamily housing community located at 7221 East Main Street in Reynoldsburg will contain approximately 100 residential rental units, related facilities and commercial space upon completion. To support the creation of the as-yet-to-be-named property, the CMHA board approved issuing up to $25 million in tax-exempt general revenue bonds that will provide a portion of the funds necessary to enable CMHA to finance development. The property will include 25 units that will serve residents with federal Project-Based Vouchers, meaning they have a household income that’s 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI), which in metro Columbus is an annual income of about $21,700 for an individual and $27,900 for a family of three. The remaining apartments will serve residents earning up to 80% of AMI, which is $55,600 for an individual and $63,520 for a two-person household in metro Columbus. • Touchstone Field Place Phase II, LLC, a $10.9 million 20-year Project-Based Voucher (PBV) contract in partnership with the Community Housing Network (CHN) that, upon completion, will consist of 44 one-bedroom apartments located at 2565 Lockbourne Rd. All the Touchstone Field Place apartments will serve residents with annual incomes of about $21,700 for an individual and $27,900 for a family of three. Touchstone Field Place Phase I 2 and Phase II are permanent supportive housing communities that offer residents a broad range of social services onsite. • FF Preston Pointe L.P., a $2.1 million 20-year Project-Based Voucher (PBV) contract in partnership with the Finance Fund that, upon completion, will consist of 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments located at 1560 East Main Street. The property will include 8 units that will serve residents with federal Project-Based Vouchers, meaning they have a household income that’s 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI), which in metro Columbus is an annual income of about $21,700 for an individual and $27,900 for a family of three. The remaining apartments will serve residents earning up to 60% of AMI, which is $43,400 for an individual and $55,800 for a family of three. Preston Pointe is permanent supportive housing and offers the residents of this community wraparound social services onsite. As of March 23, 2026, information regarding design firm, construction manager, developer, and general contractor has not been released. Further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
