Scope of Services CITY NEEDS: The City of Flagstaff ("City") is seeking to purchase between 10 and 15 USFS Single Gate Systems (Gates and Locking Posts) in this Invitation for Bid (per the specifications of the Scope of Work attached to the Contract as Exhibit A).
