Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Prevailing Wage Determination will be included at time of award. The site visit is scheduled to be conducted on the date and time specified in Clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). This conference will be held at Springfield ANG Base, Bldg. 156, Communications Way, OH 45502. Due to security conditions, all offerors wishing to attend the site visit must register to attend this pre-quote conference/ site visit. All attendees are required to register at https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/, and send a copy of QR Code generate along with copy of the front of registrant's Driver's license prior to 15 July 2024 at 10:00 AM

Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available in mid-July. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set for.
