The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Sie preparation and earthwork. No demolition of any structures is required. 2. Provide utilities to site. 3. Construction of new parole and probation office building. 4. Construction of parking area, including landscaping. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for construction of a new parole and probation office building at the Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility ("OCYCF") located at 4400 Lochner Rd. SE, Albany, OR 97322 (the "Project"). The work performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work in connection with the Project described in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, Attachment A - Specifications and Attachment B - Plans. The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Sie preparation and earthwork. No demolition of any structures is required. 2. Provide utilities to site. 3.
