Renovation of a municipal facility in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of roofing replacement at the Linn County 7th Street Building, 1040-1050 SW 7th Street, Albany Oregon. Scope of work includes complete removal of existing roofing down to defined salvaged substrate and installation of insulation system and new fully adhered 60-mil PVC membrane assembly with perimeter metal and all incidentals to complete the warrantable specified system. Any questions, objections, or comments to the bid package must be submitted in writing to the attention of Russ Williams at 330 3rd Avenue SW, Albany, OR 97321 no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2024. Clarifications, whether verbal or in writing, do not change the plans, specifications, contractual terms, or procurement requirements of the bid package unless a formal amendment is issued by the County. Linn County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
