Reference Number 0000356777 Job Location: Dobry Dr, Utica Rd to Mound The scope of the project includes providing all labor, equipment, materials and fabrication necessary to remove the existing chain link fence along Dobry Drive (M-59 service drive) from Utica Road to west of Mound Road and replace with chain link fence panels and decorative interally illuminated laser cut panels as detailed within the specifications. Questions may be directed to the Office of Engineering at 586-446-2720. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days. The City of Sterling Heights reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.
