Reference Number : 0000357328 Edison Court Reconstruction The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the HMA pavement and widening of Edison Court; removal of existing curb and gutter and replacement with curb and gutter for the full length of Edison Court; the addition of a shared use path along the back of curb and curb ramps as necessary; spillways and a drainage swale. The ITC Corridor Shared Use Path includes the construction of approximately 3.5 miles of HMA shared use path within the ITC Corridor from Clinton River Road to M-59, with select areas of concrete path; addition of curb ramps and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at several main crossings; turf restoration and landscaping. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in the bid documents in accordance with the City of Sterling Heights standards. - Bid Bond 5 % The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. The City of Sterling Heights reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days.
