The Contractor shall upon instruction from the Owner clean all offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, entryways, front lobby and other rooms at City of Lamar City Hall 132 West 10th Street. Said cleaning to include: Three days per week - vacuum carpet floor coverings, clean and disinfect front customer counter, bathroom sinks and toilets, sweep and mop tile floors, clean front doors and window as needed, empty trash cans, check carpet for stains and clean as required, wipe off tables and clean all rooms. Replenish hand soap and toilet tissue as needed. Weekly - dust thoroughly, including blinds, pictures, desks, file cabinets, clean computer screens, brush/vacuum chairs, clean sink, and microwave. Monthly Wax/seal tile floors as needed, clean/dust corners, clean baseboards, clean trim, wash windows outside as needed. Clean interior of refrigerator. Semi-Annually - Clean walls, shampoo carpets and seal grout between tiles. The Owner shall provide cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, disposable trash bags and provide a trash dumpster. Owner will also furnish toilet paper, paper towels and liquid hand soap. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to notify the administration when supplies require re-supply. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. This Contract will expire on August 1, 2025. Additionally, the contract may be cancelled by the Owner or Contractor by providing thirty (30) days written notice by either party. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to property caused by Contractor or their agents or employees. INSURANCE. Owner will not provide any insurance or benefits.
