Site work for a mixed-use development in Springfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 2, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. The project will not be awarded until next week. Bid date notes: Submit an electronic pdf copy of your signed bid documents (including bid surety) to engineering.bids@metroparks.com by the date and time as indicated in the bidding documents. Please indicate HMCA Project Number, Golf Course Starter Building UST Removal, and Company name in the subject line of your correspondence. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Removal and proper disposal of existing underground fuel storage tank, and all incidental construction at Indian Springs Metropark in Oakland County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
