Site work for a mixed-use development in Stow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Invitation for sealed bids for site work for the installation of two fire protection cisterns at two locations in the Town of Stow. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of this Contract consists of furnishing all materials and labor necessary for the completion of the Work as specified herein. Prior to invoicing, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner a breakdown of all associated costs for all items listed. All supporting documentation for items billed shall be submitted to the Fire Department along with the payment application. The Contractor shall submit certified payrolls with the payment request. Scope of Work: 323 Great Road, Town Center Park 98 Bradley Lane, Gardner Hill Conservation Area parking lot - Excavation of appropriate size hole per manufacturer - Removal and disposal of material - If necessary, dewatering hole - Install the cistern to manufacturers specifications - Backfill the tank with appropriate material - Fill the cistern with clean water - Restore the area to original condition Questions Regarding Drawings and Documents. In general, no answers will be given to prospective bidders in reply to an oral question. To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Administrator, Ashley Pinard at procurement@stow-ma.gov by Friday July 12 at 4pm
