Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Replacement of approximately 750 feet of existing distribution main with two-inch HDPE water main and appurtenances. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project includes installation of 2" HDPE watermain, abandonment of existing watermain, temporary water bypass, meter pit and yard hydrant. Along with site restoration i.e. curb and sidewalk and loam and seeding. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
