Fire Station HVAC Upgrades Project located at the 725 Western Ave., 424 Broadway and 73 Hollingsworth Fire Stations in Lynn, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond Design Associates, Inc. The Project consists of upgrades to the existing heating system at each fire station and related work. Generally, the Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, new mechanical HVAC systems, new acoustical tiles ceilings, cutting/patching, and selective repainting. Electrical work estimated at $165,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
