The project involves the construction of necessary utility connections and site paving for the establishment of a temporary fire station at 19 Porter Street, Lynn, MA. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the installation of utility connections (water, sewer, sprinkler), site preparation, grading, and paving, and coordination with utility providers to ensure proper service connections. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
