Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lynn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) invites sealed bid proposals for the removal and replacement of one (1) boiler located at 18 Bond Street, Lynn, MA 01902. Requirements to bid include: 50% Payment Bond, and a 5% of the value of the total bid deposit. Prevailing wages are required for this project as well. The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development, as the Awarding Authority, reserves the right to make no award, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
