Renovation of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,350-square-foot educational facility.
Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for the demolition and replacement of the multi-zone air handling unit serving the Crossroads Building, as well as, installation of associated rooftop exhaust fans. The specific work includes: Existing multi-zone air handling unit is to be replaced in like and in kind at the Crossroads building. Piping and duct connections are expected to be modified to accommodate the new air handling unit but control of the unit and associated dampers and control valves will remain the same. A new transfer air opening will be provided to lower the transfer air velocity for air returning to the unit. New exhaust fans on the roof will be installed to relieve building pressure and will operate in concert with the new air handling unit for minimum outside air volume. Both the new exhaust fans and the new air handling unit will be connected to the BAS. BAS connections for the new air handling unit will match the existing capabilities. BAS connections for the exhaust fans will be added to the system. Question Deadline 07/29/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Please request pre-qualification through Public Purchase. LCCC will be sent a notification, we then verify attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and will then approve or deny the prequalification request.
