The Work includes obtaining all necessary permits, all pre-construction and construction submittals; mobilization and demobilization from the Site; select baseball field component deconstruction and disposal; preparing subgrade; installation of demarcation geotextile fabric; installation of an 18-inch soil cover; concrete and asphalt paving; installation of underground electrical conduit; replacement of chain-link fence; and site restoration.
