Oak Knoll & Delany Road Drainage Improvements The bid must be held open for 60 days from the date of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bidder or subcontractor who, in the opinion of the Owner or the Engineer, does not have adequate experience, personnel or equipment to perform the work in a timely, efficient and satisfactory manner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and waive any informality or any irregularities or defects in any or all proposals and to accept that bid which in its opinion is in the best interest of the Owner Any such decision shall be considered final. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Work to include but not be limited to storm sewer installation, HMA pavement milling & repaving, HMA pavement patching, driveway removal and replacement, culvert removal & replacement, sediment removal and site restoration along with all appurtenant construction necessary to complete the project. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for five percent (5%)of the total bid made payable to the Village of Wadsworth shall accompany the bid. Personal checks will not be accepted. The work shall be prosecuted in such a manner and with such a supply of materials, equipment and labor as is considered necessary to ensure its completion according to the time specified in the Contract.
