Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Lakeville is requesting bids for a new wood framed Pavilion per the construction documents and specifications prepared by RTA Architects (Attachment 1) located at 2 Precinct Street, Lakeville MA. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining the building permit from the Town, however, no fees will be required for the permit or Town inspections. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions regarding the project or the specifications must be submitted in writing and emailed to teraigmcgee@lakevillema.org prior to July 10, 2024. At the discretion ofthe Town, questions will be answered by written addenda. Bidders may not rely upon oral responses to questions, and may rely solely upon written addenda, if any.
