Provide Construction Services Regarding the Ada Ramp at the Historic Library Project. This Project is Being Bid Subject to Section 39m of Chapter 30 and Sections 26 to 27g and Section 29 of Chapter 149. The Town Reserves the Right to Postpone or Cancel the Awarding of a Contract for Any and All Reasons, and to Waive Any Informality in, or to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Make Such Award as in the Best Interests of the Town. Award of a Contract Pursuant to This Ifb Shall Be Subject to Available Appropriation. Scope of Work The Town of Lakeville is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of an aluminum Americans with Disability Act compliant handicap ramp to provide access to the Historic Library located at 241 Main Street, Lakeville MA, per the construction documents and specifications prepared by RTA Architects (Attachment 1). The Contractor is responsible for obtaining the building permit from the Town, however, no fees will be required for the permit or Town inspections.
