Renovation of a military facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,182-square-foot military facility.
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to repair the electrical service and interior electrical panels by replacement in the 18,182 SF Gering RC, Gering, NE. Project to include installation of new mini-split HVAC systems in the facility and all associated electrical service and conduits. The current electrical system and panels are approaching 70 years old, and are in need of facility repairs and repairs by life-cycle replacement. Project to include repair of the current HVAC system which is in need of repairs and is at the end of its useful life. Additional repairs are also required to components of the electrical system, including electrical panel replacement, wiring, and electrical alterations to meet current building codes. ATTENDANCE FOR CONTRACTORS IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED The purpose of this conference is to answer any administrative or technical questions which the prospective Contractor may have. All interested Contractors are encouraged to attend.
