Renovation of a mixed-use development in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,050-square-foot educational facility.
Scottsbluff Preschool and District Office Renovation. Description: An approximately 8,050 SF renovation of the lower level of the existing building for District Office use, and an approximately 35,000 SF renovation of the main level of the existing building for Preschool classroom and activities use. Work will include demolition followed by new interior build-out. Metal stud walls, acoustical ceilings, flooring, doors/windows and glazing are included. All required framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be included under this contract.
