The purpose of this requirement is for the installation of wall-mounted TVs, whiteboards, ceiling-mounted projectors, and a SIPR webcam. A site visit will be held Wednesday 10 July, 2024 at 8:00am - 10:00am Central Standard Time CST. This site visit will be mandatory before submitting a proposal. CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall install the items as listed in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work as well the quote must include a one (1) year warranty Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Friday, 12 July 2024. Answers will be posted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Tuesday, 16 July 2024. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Install must be performed within 30 Days of Contract Award a. This contract effort is to install wall-mounted TVs, whiteboards, ceiling-mounted projectors, and SIPR Webcam in 3 different buildings (BLDG 6402/RM205, BLDG 6238/RM 201, 202, 203, and 204, and BLDG 6415/RMs 216, 217, 218, and 219) on Barksdale AFB, LA. There are currently multiple whiteboards and projectors in place. This requirement will be an install only. All new equipment will be provided by the vendor. b. Install two wall-mounted, side-by-side 70-inch WiFi disabled TVs with HDMI cables routed behind the wall to the center of the room to connect to local PCs. c. Install multiple magnetic, dry erase full wall whiteboard wall on single wall. d. Install a ceiling-mounted 4K HDR projector with HDMI cables run through the ceiling to the center of the room to connect to local PCs. e. Install a SIPR webcam to TV and provide all cabling (HDMI and USB) to SIPR computer to enable SVTC provided by GVS. f. The attached equipment list (Attachment 1) has been developed to provide a solution for purchasing and is compliant with 2GIT requirements. Any additional products utilized must be 2GIT. The classification levels processed the room shall be at the SECRET level. Requires a one year maintenance contract upon installation completion. Work outside of normal duty hours will have to be coordinated.
