Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Allenton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Town of Addison, Washington County, Wisconsin will be using ARPA funds to construct a Municipal Shed for Truck Storage & will receive sealed bids for the scope of work which includes: 1. Building Plans for State approval. 2. Site Development / Excavating / Survey 3. Excavating frost wall across the front and wrapped around front corners, site preparation. 4. 6" Concrete base @ 60' x 120' 5. 60' x 120' x 16' Building (with wrap). 6. Trusses for Monoslope roof. 7. 28-gauge steel panels with G-90 galvanizing or equivalent. 8. 1' overhangs on entire building. 9. 3 floor drains with reinforcements. 10. Two commercial grade service doors with leverset locks. 11. Five 16' x 14' R12.9 insulated overhead doors with openers. 12. 6" (R19) fiberglass batt insulation on wall and R50 blown fiberglass in ceiling. 13. Interior steel panels with galvanizing. 14. Non-prorated written warranty. 15. Timeline for start and end of project. All prices FOB and delivered. Successful bidders must furnish a Certificate of Liability & Workmen's Comp. Insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any & all bids and to accept bids, which will in their opinion, be most advantageous to the Town of Addison.
