Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Franklin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Base Bid o Removal and replacement of approximately 14,000 square feet of 4" sidewalk and 3,700 square feet of 6" sidewalk o Removal and replacement of approximately 6,200 square feet of concrete curb ramps, landings, and transition panels o Related other work such as driveway repair, drive apron replacement, curb & gutter spot repair, and thermoplastic pavement marking Question Deadline 07/12/2024 at 11:00 AM ET All questions shall be submitted via the online. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the various bids are: Base Bid: $511,394.00 The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the City issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The City of Grove City, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects as the interest of the City may require, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for the Contract. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). All bids received shall remain open for acceptance for seventy-five (75) days following the day of the bid opening.
