Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and Sanitary Lateral Grouting Time for Completion: All work shall be completed by July 18, 2025, excluding warranty inspection work. All work shall be continuous and the number of allowable work days shall be 150 days. All CCTV records shall be submitted via t4Vault by September 18, 2025. The SBE requirement for this project is 8% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. The purpose of this project is to reduce the Inflow and Infiltration of clear water into the sanitary sewer system by rehabilitating the sanitary sewer mains via pipe-bursting, relaying, and cured-inplace lining, and the pressurized grouting of private residences building sanitary sewers (laterals). This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, supervision, incidentals and permits necessary to complete the work.
