Q & A deadline: Jul 29, 2024 3:00:00 PM PT All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via online The Capital Projects Management ("CPM") Division of the Contra Costa County Department of Public Works intends to engage up to six s to provide on-call architectural services. At the County's option, up to three additional contracts may be awarded in a "second round" based on ranked order. The County is interested in firms with expertise and experience in the design and construction of a wide variety of facilities and projects. The County seeks firms it can work with effectively to achieve project success. Each contract term is anticipated to be for an original term of three years with two options, at the sole discretion of the County, to extend for an additional year. The not-to-exceed contract amount is anticipated to be $4,000,000 to $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The County reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, whether or not minimum qualifications are met, and to modify, postpone, or cancel the RFQ without liability, obligation, or commitment to any party, firm, or organization. In addition, the County reserves the right to request and obtain additional information from any candidate submitting an SOQ, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity.
