Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes but is not limited to the following works: The City of Burlington is seeking a professional electrical contractor to replace interior fluorescent light fixtures within Paletta Mansion and the Gatehouse. The Facility is located at 4250 Lakeshore Rd., Burlington, ON L7L 1A6. The scope includes the following: Paletta Mansion: - Remove all existing fluorescent lights throughout the 4 levels of the mansion and in the Stairs and install new. - New lighting as specified in Appendix A. - All pot lights and heritage fixtures are to remain. Gatehouse: - Remove track lights and fluorescent lights throughout the 3 levels of the Gatehouse and install new. - Remove exterior pendant style coach light fixtures and install new. - All new lights as specified in Appendix A.
