Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
** As of August 15, 2025, this project has completed construction. Furnishing all design, permits, labor and materials for the Wading Pool Project, a turnkey aquatics facility comprised of a 20 foot wide x 36 foot long wading pool as a replacement for the existing 18 foot x 18 foot wading pool. The work includes all mechanicals, replacement concrete deck, fencing, seating wall, and a shade structure covering approximately one-third of the pool's west side. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Print the necessary pages from the electronic package for submission, including the Proposal Form, Bid Form and the Personal Property Affidavit documents. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within two hundred forty (240) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Mariemont, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. By submitting the bid, you are verifying the person submitting the bid is authorized to legally bind the company. The Village Council of Mariemont, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
