Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing the labor, materials and equipment necessary for the Aviation Way road extension and additional road improvements on Imagination Boulevard in West Chester Township associated with the private 'NOBLE' multi-family development. NorthPoint Development shall only award the contracts to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C) Section 9.312(c). In accordance with O.R.C. 153.54, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, letter of credit or certified check equal to 10% of the bid. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted on bid forms furnished by North Point Development. North Point Development reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities and to award contracts to the bidder or bidders they deem most capable of meeting the completion dates, time being of the essence. This project will comply with all of the guidelines/requirements for prevailing wage, which can be found within the bid package for ease of reference. For the purpose of this proposal assume a start date of August 13, 2024. Final completion date shall be December 15, 2024 (minus potential landscaping/plantings)
