Prep surfaces for new concrete installation. o Concrete Topping and Stamped Pattern o Provide new concrete topping and stamped concrete pattern as selected by the owner. o Concrete Finishing o Apply concrete with a rubbed face finish as specified in section 1/1.1. o Step and Riser Construction o Construct new concrete step risers and tread depths in accordance with applicable codes and reinstall salvaged handrails. o Column Replacement o Replace load-bearing columns with new 6x6 wood colonial style columns, pre-primed and painted to match existing.
