St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. Bids must be submitted to the St. Charles County Finance Department, 201 North Second Street Room 541 St. Charles MO 63301 prior to the bid opening. All questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM on 7/19/2024. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered.
