Site work for a water / sewer project in Barnesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 19, 2024 project was awarded to McLeRoy, Inc., awarded amount is $2,508,407.89. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to install approximately +-4,900 LF of 21" PVC gravity sewer main, +-200 VF of manhole construction, and +-400 LF of 30" casing by jack & bore. This work also includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the work as shown on the Drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 300 calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from Owner. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work, if awarded, will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Question Deadline Jul 31, 2024
