2025 LMIG Street Resurfacing All questions concerning this project should be made to: Richard Vereen City of Barnesville (770) 358-6290 Ext 3 richard.vereen@cityofbarnesville.com This includes an approximate total 0.87 Miles of resurfacing on the city street that needs an asphalt overlay. Bids shall be on Unit Price Items but the contract will be awarded and executed on a Lump Sum Price. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 30 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. Street Resurfacing of Homles Street (from College Dr to Dead End) and Taylor Street (from College Dr to Lafayette St). No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within (30) days before the date of Bid opening. Each Bidder is required to submit a completed "BID" form. The bidder must also comply with the Federal S.A.V.E. and Everify Programs. The City of Barnesville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise. All Bidders are required to pick up the bid documents and specifications from City Hall.
