Unpriced Specification Response submissions will be evaluated, and vendors meeting the required specifications will be invited to participate in the Electronic Reverse Auction process on July 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Vendors approved to participate in the reverse auction process will be given detailed instructions regarding the reverse auction once the responses are reviewed. East Central Community College reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the pre-qualification process. This bid will be handled through reverse auction. Vendors shall submit unpriced responses per the bid documents. Responses will be evaluated for potential acceptability based on pre-determined criteria. Bidders whose technical proposals are determined acceptable will be invited to provide priced bids for consideration through the online reverse auction, which will take place on July 12, 2024, at 10:00 am, local time. Prices will only be accepted through the online reverse auction per the bid documents. You will receive a confirmation when your response has been submitted.
