Lower Big River Regionalization Project Collection System. Description: The Work comprises the Jefferson County Public Sewer District Lower Big River Regionalization Project Collection System. The Work of this Contract consists of the following improvements: 1. Byrnes Mill Mobile Home Park (Forcemain & Gravity Sewers): Construction of 1,757-feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers (Sta. 6+46.9 to Sta. 13+11.4 & Sta. 32+81.4 to Sta. 44+21.4), 14 manholes, and 2,681-feet of 6-inch forcemain (Sta. 6+46.9 to Sta. 32+81.4). 2. Byrnes Mill Mobile Home Park (Pump Station & Lagoon Modifications): Construction of 767-feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers (from PS & lagoon to Sta. 6+46.9), 7 manholes, two duplex submersible pump stations and valve vaults, 670-feet of 6-inch forcemain (Sta. 0+00 to Sta. 6+00), abandonment of two sanitary pump stations, and conversion of WWTF lagoon to wet-weather storage. 3. House Springs Interim Pump Station & Forcemain: Construction of interim pump station, and 5,016-feet of 12-inch forcemain (Sta. 0+00 to Sta. 50+16). 4. Northwest Valley Middle Interceptor Sewer: Construction of 4,628-feet of 12-inch and 144-feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers, 29 manholes, and abandonment of two WWTF's and two pump stations. 5. House Springs Interceptor Sewer (Lower Reach): Construction of 5,382-feet of 12-inch (Sta. 57+80 to 84+15.7) and 739-feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers (Sta. 0+00 to Sta. 7+75.3), 31 manholes, and abandonment of two WWTF's. 6. House Springs Interceptor Sewer (Upper Reach): Construction of 2,609-feet of 12-inch gravity sanitary sewers (Sta. 2+06 to Sta. 57+80) and 9 manholes.
