Structural Repairs to Boothe Homestead Boothe Memorial Park contract or who has been within the prior five (5) years, Written requests for information will not be accepted after 12:00PM on Wednesday, 10 th July, 2024 The BID BOND furnished, as bid security, must be duly executed by the bidder as principal. It must be in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated bid, as guarantee that, The successful bidder, within seven (7) business days after notification of award, will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bond provided by a company authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Connecticut, or Certified Check or properly executed Irrevocable Letter of Credit equal to a hundred per cent (100%) of the award. While the meeting is not mandatory, prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and will be required to sign-in at commencement of the meeting. The sign-in sheet will be posted on the Purchasing Department website as below. Copies will not be made available at the meeting, nor will they be distributed by fax or email. All requests for information will be answered in writing as specified below under RFI / Addenda.
