The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. This requirement is for the insulation of new chilled water piping at Hanger 313 mechanical room. Intent of the pipe insulation requirements is to reduce temperature changes while chilled water flows throughout piping associated with cooling systems and heating systems, thereby saving thermal loss, and reducing electrical operating costs.
