Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a re-issue of the previously cancelled RFP. Contract range is $100K to $250K. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days. Proposal good for 120 days, please submit with AF Form 3052 breakout. Wage Determination was not published with RFP and will be forthcoming, last RFP was FL20240001 02Feb2024 and is enclosed for reference only. RFIs are due May 21, 2024, please use the Q and A Form. No technical questions will be answered on site; therefore, submit all questions to the contracting office using the question and answer template provided Any further questions should be submitted in writing no later than 20 May 2024 at 1000 EST using the question and answer template provided. Please e-mail completed question and answer document to kerri.harris.1@spaceforce.mil This will allow questions to be answered in a timely manner and not jeopardize the proposal closing date/time.
