Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair all the spalling reinforced concrete exterior walls and to repair both doors/door frames/ jams on the second floor along with replacing the doors. All work shall meet the current State of Florida Building Code and the Space Launch Delta (SLD) 45 Installation Facilities Standard (IFS). But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 45 calendar days Question Deadline 04/29/2024 at 10:00 AM ET The Program Manager, Stephen Snow, will be available for questions; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all offerors to receive the same information Template provided under attachment 5.
