This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 11/13/2023 at 9:00 PM ET All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted Temporary fence panels need to be delivered and up on two different time frames: : Friday, December 8, 2023. up Saturday morning, December 9, 2023. o Vendor should provide a total of up to 3,000 linear feet of Fence Panel hard barricades (size of panels should be approx 4' x 10') locations will consist of the Hangar C parking lot as the central location, 3845 Lighthouse Road, CCSFS (PSFB), FL 32925. o A separate map will be sent with fence up locations upon contract . 2. : Friday, December 8, 2023: - will be stored in the parking area of the Hangar C Museum on Lighthouse Road. Contractor can leave fencing to be up on race morning, Dec.9. Air Force Marathon will provide slides with coordinates upon of contract. 3. : Saturday, December 9, 2023: - up fence panels on Lighthouse Road, leading into the finish line, estimated 1,800 feet - 900 feet on each side. up should begin immediately at 5:00 am - AFM logistics staff will be responsible for moving and up of fence panels in any other designated areas along the course. 4. Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler is on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Removal of the fence panels (from all locations) should be accomplished Saturday, December 9, 2023 after 12:00 pm and complete by 3 pm. 5. Contractor should provide all equipment necessary to perform task to include tools and forklifts if applicable 6. All fence panels should be in good condition. Legs should not be bent broken, or missing. Overall appearance of barricades/fence should be cosmetic appealing. AFM staff will line the finish line fence with scrim. 7. Cost should include all costs associated with the up and tear down of fence
