The request for a water-cooled chiller is required to maintain air conditioning operations at Building 1319. The current system has reached its manufacture end of life usage due to corrosive environment and defective condenser tubes. The chiller provides necessary equipment and comfort cooling to the facility that is home to the 45th Security Forces Squadron. All equipment in the facility must have and maintain a 65F-70F +/- 2F degree condition space as well as a 20-30% relative humidity. All quotes must be submitted via PDF or Word format.
