Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Notice to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish in satisfactory form, within ten (10) days of Notice of Award to Contract: (a) A Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price. (b) A Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price. (c) Adequate Public Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance. The attention of all bidders is called to the provisions of State Law governing "General Contractors" as set forth in Chapter Eight of Title Thirty Four of the 1975 code of Alabama as amended. All BIDDERS must comply with the requirement of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER's current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope in which Bid is submitted. **Document Notes: No Refunds Will Be Given for Plans.
