The County reserves the right to reject any and or all Bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security or other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular. The successful Bidder, upon award of Contract, shall be required to be licensed in accordance with the Prince William County Business, Professional and Occupational Licensing (BPOL), Prince William County Code Sec. 11.1-4 et seq In accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4321.3(C), Prince William County Ordinance No. 22- 12 dated May 10, 2022, and Prince William County Procurement Regulations 100.12(M), each Public Works contract of $250,000 or greater shall require contractors and subcontractors to pay wages, salaries, benefits, and other remuneration to any mechanic, laborer, or worker employed, retained, or otherwise hired to perform services in connection with Public Works contracts at or above the prevailing wage rate. The Contractor shall furnish along with the required number of copies of the Contract duly signed by him, two (2) originals of Performance and Payment Bonds, (forms included in the Bid Documents), each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
