Although this project is primarily related to flood mitigation, the team should also have capabilities in potable water distribution, wastewater collection, and reclaimed water distribution. The City would like the successful team to analyze the existing right of way and propose technical concepts for roadway grading and inlet placement. The city is expecting a single design package that includes several construction phases to minimize disruption to residents during construction. The city is looking for an innovative and cost-effective design, and considerations for sustainable longterm operational and maintenance impacts.
