Renovation of a fire / police facility in Westcliffe, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Wet Mountain Fire Protection District is soliciting bids for a commercial roof coating system for the Main Station located at 215 4th Street, Westcliffe, Colorado, 81252. All applicable insurances will be provided to the District 15 days prior to starting construction. Builders risk Contractors liability Workers compensation Sealed bids must be clearly marked Roof Coating Bid The roof is approximately 15,000 square feet The coating should be silicone (preferred) or rubber, and shall be applied in two coats, 1st coat shall be >= 15 mil thick 2nd coat shall be >= 10 mil thick For questions regarding this project, contact Paul Young, 940-390-4685.
