Proposal/Bid shall include annual cost for the management of the Custer County Maintenance and Repair Program; Personal resume outlining work experience; letters of recommendations; and a list of subcontractors with whom the bidder has established relationships in the following trades: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry/ Wood Finishing to ensure immediate response to all County issues. The ability to respond quickly is essential. All work completed will be billed at time plus materials (with an acceptable mark-up on materials). For purposes of the Bid, the Prime must include their hourly rate to perform the required maintenance items, if needed. Custer County Maintenance and Repair Program consists of a 1 year contract with options to renew each year upon evaluation for 3 years, at which time, it will be recompleted. The Program Manager/Prime Contractor will manage subcontracts with the following major trades and other areas: Plumbing, Electric, HVAC, Carpentry/Wood Finishing, and others as required. Deadline for submission of Questions - April 17, 2023 (4:00pm) The County reserves the right to reject any and all Responses and to waive any informality, technical defects or clerical errors in any Response as the best interest of the County may require. Selection procedures will be conducted in conformance with all applicable qualifications-based selection requirements. Commercial Liability Insurance: one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence
