Hermit Rd - West of 4th St. to 3rd St. - Remove existing sod and debris. Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Ensure proper Drainage 3. 4th St. - Between Hermit and Powell Ave. - Remove existing sod and debris, Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Construct driveway pans as required (gated entry for maintenance equip.), Ensure proper Drainage 4. Powell (Vacated for park frontage) - Remove existing sod and debris, Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Ensure proper Drainage 5. ADA Crossing/Ramps at all 4 corners Contract to be awarded Monday, June 20th 2022 during the Board of Trustees meeting.
