Trail Project including: Site preparation, installation of an 8' (Eight foot) wide concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, ramps, signage, and miscellaneous items as indicated in the Bid Documents. Scope of Work: 1. 3rd St. - Between Hermit and Powell Ave. - Remove existing sod and debris, Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Ensure proper Drainage 2. Hermit Rd - West of 4th St. to 3rd St. - Remove existing sod and debris. Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Ensure proper Drainage 3. 4th St. - Between Hermit and Powell Ave. - Remove existing sod and debris, Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Construct driveway pans as required (gated entry for maintenance equip.), Ensure proper Drainage 4. Powell (Vacated for park frontage) - Remove existing sod and debris, Construct new curb, gutter and 8' sidewalk, Ensure proper Drainage 5. ADA Crossing/Ramps at all 4 corners Contract to be awarded Monday, June 20th 2022 during the Board of Trustees meeting.
